Flax, Hemp & Sesame Seeded Rye Rolls (Huo Ma Ren, Ya Ma Ren, Hei Zhi Ma)

Seeds, nuts, and/or dried fruits of your choice such as:
  • Flaxseeds (~1/2 cup) Ya Ma Ren (Drain Downward)
  • Hemp Seeds ( ~3/4 cup)Huo Ma Ren (Drain Downward)
  • Black sesame seeds (~1/2 cup) Hei Zhi Ma (Tonify Yin)
  • Chopped walnuts (~3/4 cup) Hu Tao Ren (Tonify Yang)
