Goji Power Balls
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons dried Goji berries
- 3 tablespoon mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, buckwheat, sesame, etc.)
- 2 tablespoon dried cherries (or other dried fruit of your choice)
- 3 pitted dried dates, roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoon almonds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 squares of dark chocolate, chopped
- dried coconut flakes
- cocoa powder

Sesame Seed Squares (Sweet Medicine Dessert)
Sesame As Medicine
Black sesame seeds strengthen vitality and longevity. To reap the benefits, they should be used frequently over a long period of time. Like most seeds, black sesame seeds are moistening to the body's resources. They also can strengthen the tissues of the low back and knees, keep the hair strong and nourish the ears (all kidney organ/channel functions). Flax, Hemp & Sesame Seeded Rye Rolls (Huo Ma Ren, Ya Ma Ren, Hei Zhi Ma)
Seeds, nuts, and/or dried fruits of your choice such as:
- Flaxseeds (~1/2 cup) Ya Ma Ren (Drain Downward)
- Hemp Seeds ( ~3/4 cup)Huo Ma Ren (Drain Downward)
- Black sesame seeds (~1/2 cup) Hei Zhi Ma (Tonify Yin)
- Chopped walnuts (~3/4 cup) Hu Tao Ren (Tonify Yang)
- Sunflower seeds (~1/2 cup)
