Tonic Rice Porridge with Astragalus, Codonopsis & Longan Fruits

This cereal nourishes blood, strengthens energy, and calms spirit. Because its focus in on tonification, it's not recommended for someone with common cold or flu.

  • 2 c. brown rice or brown sweet rice
  • 10 grams (~2 sticks) Codonopsis Root (Dang Shen)
